Shipping
We strive to dispatch your order within 24 hours of purchase to facilitate swift delivery.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, and on the next business day for holidays, using either USPS or UPS, depending on the client's selection at checkout.
Delivery
Once the order is placed Coqui Society will e-mail you a confirmation with your tracking number.
In case of incorrect shipping information, missed deliveries, refused packages, or lost packages, we encourage you to contact us by email, coqui.society@gmail.com, as soon as possible for assistance in resolving the issue. Please note that the client will be responsible for re-shipment costs in any of the above cases.
Taxes & Duties
Coqui Society complies with taxes, duties, and/or inspections imposed by government or customs entities. The client will be responsible for any costs associated with these processes. Please note that policies may vary between countries, so we advise verifying with your local customs office for further information.
Returns & Exchanges
Coqui Society gladly accepts returns or exchanges for any
reason in accordance with the following guidelines:
Return Request Process:
- Submit your return request via email to
coqui.society@gmail.com for acceptance within 7 days of receiving the
merchandise. - Once your return request is accepted, we will notify you via
email, and you will have 7 days to return the item. - Upon receipt of your return item, please allow 2-3 business
days for processing. - We will notify you via email once your return has been
processed. - Clients have the option to exchange the garment or receive a
store credit valid for 1 year from the original purchase date. - No refunds will be issued.
- Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility.
Condition of Returned Items:
- All garments must be returned in their original condition
with no odors, stains, signs of wear, alterations, or any condition other than
original. - Please ensure to pack appropriately as the garment is the
client’s responsibility until the return is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare occasion that an item is damaged or defective,
please include pictures of the damage along with your return request email and
a brief description of the damage or defect.
Final Sale Items:
- Final sale items, include white/ivory garments, underwear,
bathing suits, bodysuits, glitter, sequins, embellished items, items on sale,
and accessories, will not be accepted for returns.
Fair Use

- We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange if there is unusual activity from the user’s account, name, address, email, and/or other similar patterns that may jeopardize the integrity of the purchase.

Coquí Society is committed to protecting the privacy and

collect, use, and disclose information when you use our website or make a
purchase from us.
Information We Collect
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain
